TalentSyncHQ stores workspace and account details, candidate records, roles, pipeline stages, outreach status, recruiting notes, tasks, activity history, report usage, and subscription identifiers needed to provide the recruiting workflow dashboard. This includes any candidate or recruiting workflow data your team imports, exports, or enters directly.

Stripe handles payment and subscription billing details. TalentSyncHQ stores customer and subscription identifiers but does not store full payment-card numbers. If email reminders are configured, recipient details and delivery status may be processed by our email provider.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

We may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s advertising settings.

Workspace users are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate permission to import, store, contact, and otherwise use candidate data. TalentSyncHQ does not authorize LinkedIn scraping, unlawful enrichment, spam, or use that violates employment or privacy laws.

Data is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Infrastructure providers may process it as necessary to provide hosting, databases, billing, analytics, and email delivery. TalentSyncHQ does not sell candidate records.

We retain account and candidate workflow data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing records, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion, correction, or export of your data at any time.

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.
