Terms of Service

TalentSyncHQ is a software tool for organizing candidate records, roles, outreach status, pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, notes, and recruiting reports. It is not a background-check provider, payroll system, job board, or guarantee of recruiting outcomes.

TalentSyncHQ does not guarantee candidate replies, interviews, hires, placements, offer acceptance, revenue, or client results. Decisions and outcomes depend on users, candidates, clients, market conditions, and processes outside the software.

Users are responsible for the data they import and for complying with applicable privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, anti-spam, data-protection, and recruiting laws. Users must have permission or another lawful basis to store and use candidate information.

Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Limits apply to candidate records, active roles, and seats. Customers may manage or cancel billing through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation keeps existing data subject to the retention policy but may restrict creation of new records.

Users must not use TalentSyncHQ to scrape private or unauthorized data, send spam or unsolicited mass messages, impersonate a job board or other platform, or engage in illegal, confidential, unauthorized, or discriminatory use of candidate data.

TalentSyncHQ integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for billing and Google Analytics for site usage. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentSyncHQ and Wade Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost hires, placements, or revenue.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate exports, validating reports, and reviewing candidate decisions.
